New-Com and subsidiaries are acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of North Las Vegas Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). CMAR responsibilities include budget management and maintenance of relationships between the owner, engineer, architect and contractor. The WRF will include closed treatment basins, warehouse buildings, pump stations, wastewater processing structures, parking and administration buildings.
